• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and best practices
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Target App features (including Wallet) and how to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering
• Assist with returns following store policies and seek guidance from Leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and related duties in compliance with laws and policies
• Perform other duties based on business needs

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office duties as needed
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule with availability for nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments while performing duties
