Customer Service Rep, Retail Sales
POSITION PURPOSE
Team Members provide high-quality customer service and technical expertise on shoes, apparel, and accessories.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist customers with purchasing shoes, apparel, and accessories and demonstrate technical product knowledge
- Process sales on the computer at the front desk
- Check in and price footwear, apparel, and accessory orders
- Process defective shoes to be sent back to the manufacturer
- Organize the stock room
- Arrange and restock merchandise
- Assist in setting up window displays
- Keep the store and sales floor clean and neat
- Assist with water stations during company-sponsored runs as requested
- Coordinate and lead group runs from the store as requested
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of retail sales experience
