Overview

Store Sales Associate - Part Time and Part Time/Flex at Conner Prairie. The role involves selling amenities and products to guests to extend their museum experience while generating revenue for Museum operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides immediate guest greeting to all visitors of the stores
  • Helps guests find merchandise to extend their park visit by showing and suggesting
  • Participates in an annual physical inventory
  • Receives and tickets merchandise stocking as needed
  • Reconciles daily sales with registers
  • Operates cash register and serves guests
  • Handles customer special orders
  • Proficient in POS operations, staying current with changes
  • Keeps work station and sales floor tidy and clean
  • Answers guests' Conner Prairie questions
  • Helps store volunteers with store-related questions
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or G.E.D. desired.
