Job Overview:
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process returns and refunds and carry out financial transactions as required.
- Provide compliance with company policies and ensure customer service excellence.
- Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location.
- Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
