Outside Sales Representative (Pump Solutions). The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment. This position targets the Civil market segment focused on customers who rent Pumps for short-term use or long-term projects to move fluids.

• Generate profitable sales from rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet.
• Cater to the Civil market segment and build relationships with customers who rent pumps for short-term or long-term projects.
• Work with an entrepreneurial, empowering approach and leverage opportunities to develop a career track.
• Collaborate with a team to meet business development and customer retention goals.

• B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry is required.
• Pump equipment background is highly desirable.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management.

• Strong knowledge of pump equipment is preferred.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate with management and customers.

The physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
