Sales Associate

Location: 11679 Olio Road, Fishers, IN 46037
Compensation: $16 -$18/hr (based on experience) + Monthly Commission (membership & retail sales)
Schedule:12-20 hrs/week | 2-3 days/week from 2-8pm + rotating Saturdays

We are looking for a Sales Associate who is driven, outgoing, and thrives in a commission-based environment. This role is perfect for someone with membership sales experience who can confidently generate leads, make 50+ calls per day, and close sales. You'll be the first point of contact for new clients, introducing them to the benefits of Stretch Lab and converting their interest into memberships.

Generate leads through studio walk-ins, outreach events, and referrals.

Make 50+ outbound calls per day to nurture leads and drive membership sales.

Conduct studio tours, explain service offerings, and overcome objections.

Achieve and exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals.

Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming studio environment.

Manage the front desk: check-in clients, handle payments, schedule sessions, and maintain a clean, professional workspace.

Support grassroots marketing and community events to grow brand awareness.

Proven experience in membership sales, inside sales, or retail sales with commission goals.

Highly motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls and engaging with prospective clients daily.

Excellent communication skills with a warm, customer-first attitude.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Availability to work scheduled afternoons/evenings and rotating Saturdays.
