Job Summary
The Broker Alliance Sales Executive will drive revenue growth through the innovative Jet Access Broker Alliance platform while maintaining and expanding a personal charter client portfolio. This sales‑focused role emphasizes charter trip sourcing, off‑fleet provider coordination, and client relationship management, requiring expertise in safety verification, vendor management, and collaborative service delivery to ensure exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints.

Day in the Life
As a Broker Alliance Sales Executive with the Jet Access Broker Alliance, you will balance platform growth initiatives with personal client development in a dynamic sales environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Source, quote, and close charter trips for both JABA broker partners and personal client portfolio
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing charter clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and repeat business
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify new charter opportunities and expand market presence
- Provide detailed charter quotes, including aircraft options, pricing, and itinerary recommendations
- Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless trip execution
Off‑Fleet Sourcing & Safety Verification
- Source appropriate off‑fleet charter providers for trips that cannot be accommodated by Jet Access managed aircraft
- Verify that off‑fleet charter providers are on the approved Jet Access vendor list or submit new providers for approval through established protocols
- Confirm safety standards and qualifications of off‑fleet operators and crew members before booking
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of available aircraft inventory, capabilities, and positioning across both managed fleet and approved off‑fleet partners
- Coordinate with Safety Team to ensure all off‑fleet operators meet Jet Access quality and safety standards
Broker Alliance Platform Support
- Support JABA broker partners with charter sourcing, pricing, and trip coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure broker requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
- Maintain detailed records of broker interactions and trip requirements in company systems
- Provide market intelligence and aircraft availability updates to broker partners
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and competitive positioning for broker‑initiated trips
Client Service Excellence & Trip Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned charter clients throughout the booking and travel process
- Coordinate special requests, catering, ground transportation, and other ancillary services
- Handle trip modifications, cancellations, and rebookings with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct post‑trip follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
