Refrigeration & Electrical Service Technician - Food Equipment

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Equipment Technician to provide high-quality service, repair, and maintenance on commercial food service equipment for our long-established customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of refrigeration systems (certification is a strong plus).

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independent field work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial food service equipment
• Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
• Perform refrigeration-related service work (specialty refrigeration tools provided)
• Provide clear communication with customers and ensure a positive service experience
• Complete all service documentation accurately and on time
• Travel to customer sites using a company-provided service van
• Occasional overnight travel as needed
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction

• Hands-on electrical experience required
• Refrigeration experience strongly preferred; EPA certification a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must supply own basic tools (specialty refrigeration tools provided)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
• No ladder climbing or rooftop work required
