Ace Handyman Services is a franchise in the Ace Hardware family. We are seeking highly motivated professional craftsmen with skills in multiple trades.

• Deliver high-quality remodeling work in bathrooms, kitchens, and basements as part of our turnkey projects.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and work with your own truck and tools as required.
• Provide excellent craftsmanship and customer service that aligns with our brand standards.
• Collaborate with franchise owners who handle business aspects while you focus on the scope of work.
• Assist with scheduling and project execution under our value-based pricing model (Time & Materials or Fixed quotes) managed by our Office Team.

• MANDATORY - at least 7 years of Bathroom & Kitchen remodeling experience.
• Expert knowledge of at least two trades (Carpentry, Light Plumbing, Light Electrical, Painting, Drywalling).
• Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to interact positively with clients, colleagues, management, and office staff.

• Own standard set of tools to perform all listed trades.
• Own truck or van.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Location:

Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville) with travel to job sites. Compensation: $31.00 per hour.
