We are seeking a Lead Audio-Visual Technician to support our headquarters in Fishers with travel to client sites in the surrounding Indianapolis area. Occasional out-of-state travel is required (once per month on average). For our largest customer, travel may be more frequent with weekly out-of-state commitments. This role includes a company van for direct travel to worksites.

• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Project Preparation:
  Assist in the preparation for audio-visual projects, including testing equipment and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available.
• Project Execution:
  Install audio-visual technology for standard and custom projects; help manage project timelines and expectations.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and engineers to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Customer Interaction:
  Represent UTG professionally when interacting with customers, upholding the company values of service and excellence.
• Travel:
  Based at the headquarters in Fishers with significant travel to client sites in the Indianapolis area; occasional out-of-state travel as noted above.

• 3-5 Years AV Technician Experience
• Crestron and Biamp Experience
• Commercial Audio-Visual Installation Experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to Travel to Client Sites
• Able to Regularly Lift 50+ Pounds
• AVIXA CTS Certification (CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, or Similar)

• Other Crestron and Biamp Certifications
• QSYS / QSC Certification
• Bachelor's Degree
• Rigging Experience
• Electrical Experience
• New Construction Install Experience
