Pay: $25–$40/hour (based on experience) + bonuses/spiffs.

Includes: Take-home vehicle + gas card + tablet/iPad + uniforms.

STAR Heating Cooling Plumbing is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our growing residential and commercial service team. We’re a family-owned company (since 1987) serving Fishers and the surrounding areas with a reputation built on professionalism, strong customer care, and quality workmanship.

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system testing
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Provide replacement recommendations when appropriate
• Install IAQ products and accessories
• Use Service Titan (or similar software) for job documentation, notes, and invoicing
• Maintain a professional appearance and strong customer service standards
• Support and mentor junior technicians when requested

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Experience working with residential and commercial equipment
• EPA 608 Type II (or higher)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigeration, airflow)
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license and insurable
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ductless/mini-splits, geothermal, IAQ, refrigeration, RTUs, controls

• $25–$40/hour based on experience
