As a Senior Backend Engineer, you are a builder at heart, excited to mentor others, and thrive on delivering solutions that scale.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll architect and build the Data Fabric that powers mission‑critical workflows. You’ll work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance services that meet the needs of our customers. You’ll also leverage the latest AI tools and platforms such as Claude, Codex, and other cutting‑edge AI assistants to enhance development speed, code quality, and innovation.

• Design and develop high‑performance, scalable microservices using Java
• Design and implement integrations with various enterprise data stores and third‑party APIs
• Build and maintain event‑driven data pipelines using Apache Kafka for real‑time data processing
• Architect solutions that meet strict compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system specifications and technical requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision‑making processes
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and automated recovery mechanisms
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks
• Experience building microservices and multi‑tenant solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Proven experience delivering scalable APIs and backend services

• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources
