The Truck Driver will transfer finished goods and relocate trailers as needed to support receiving and shipping activities at our Fishers, IN location. The role requires effective communication with the warehousing shift and adherence to all safety regulations.

• Perform daily inspection on tractor‑trailer combination and assigned forklift.
• Transport finished product, materials, and trailers to and from the warehouse and production facilities, ensuring bills of lading and transfer summaries accompany freight shipments.
• Observe all Federal, State, and company safety and traffic rules and act consistently with the company’s positive reputation.
• Operate equipment efficiently as instructed by the Warehouse Manager, maintaining the trailer in neat, orderly, and operational condition.
• Maintain effective communication with the Warehouse Manager and supervisors, relaying appropriate information and fostering lateral communication with colleagues whose work affects the shift.
• Report any grievances or potential conflicts that may affect overall performance of the shift.
• Maintain an accurate accounting of daily activities, updating required forms and reports.
• Work overtime as needed, adhere to all safety rules and regulations, and assume additional duties as required by the supervisor.
• Ensure regular attendance to perform essential elements between assigned start and end times.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Class A CDL License Required.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Sense of urgency, good listening, teamwork, attention to detail.
• Reliable, patient, and professional.

• Forklift Operator’s License.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Work in inclement weather.
• Some weekends and overtime required.
