Due to growth in our retail operations, the Colonial Automotive Group hasimmediate openingsfor a dealership Service Technician in our Fitchburg MA location. Due to increased demand, we have several opportunities available for both beginning as well as seasoned technicians in a very busy and supportive shop. We promote a customer focused sales and service experience and our service department is award-winning and record setting, both in volume and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have Automotive Technician background.
• Have familiarity with Chevrolet.
• Have ability in all aspects of vehicle repair, including warranty, customer pay and internal Repair Ordersas well as efficiency, technician-to-technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc.
• Work well with advisor staff and management.
• Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure that inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high.
• Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all necessary repairs are noted and appropriately communicated to advisor staff.
• Have excellent diagnostic skills in both on and off-brand vehicles.

Experience:

• Automotive Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
