Schedule:

First shift, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• Provide a safe, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
• Engage children through play, learning activities, and daily routines.
• Assist the Lead Teacher with planning and implementing creative, age-appropriate lessons.
• Support children’s emotional, physical, social, and cognitive development.
• Encourage individualized learning, inclusion, and positive social interactions.
• Guide behavior using respectful, consistent, and positive approaches.
• Observe children’s developmental progress and maintain accurate classroom documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, classroom staff, and program leadership.
• Build positive relationships with families and caregivers.
• Keep classrooms clean, organized, stimulating, and welcoming.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and child protection policies.
• Assist with bus monitoring, light housekeeping, and other classrooms as needed.
