You’ll help young children build confidence, explore their creativity, and develop social skills, alongside a collaborative team that has your back.

• Create a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Engage children through play, structured activities, and daily routines
• Guide behavior with respectful, consistent support
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming

• Help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Observe each child’s development and support their individual learning needs
• Encourage inclusion, creativity, and positive social interactions

• Collaborate with teachers, classroom staff, and program leadership
• Build positive relationships with families and caregivers
• Step into a Lead Teacher role when needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and classroom records
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and child protection policies
• Help with light housekeeping, bus monitoring, and other center needs
• Complete required professional development and training hours
