Major Responsibilities
  • Supports all aspects of program functioning and management at the direction of the Program Director.
  • Implements and monitors systems that support financial health, including budgeting and billing practices.
  • Assists in day-to-day clinical operations, including service delivery coordination and quality assurance.
  • Ensures program model of care is implemented consistently.
  • Collaborates with Program Director and supervisors on program improvement initiatives.
  • Participates in and provides staff development and onboarding activities.
  • Assists with preparing reports, audits, and regulatory documentation as required.
  • Promotes positive internal communication and a culture of accountability.
  • Completes required documentation, activities, and fulfills requirements for grants, contracts, and projects as assigned; liaises with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides after-hours and on-call support to program as assigned.
  • Provides clinical consultation and support to staff.
  • Provides crisis intervention as needed.
  • Provides individual and group supervision to program staff as required.
  • Under the direction of the Program Director, and consistent with agency practice, provides direct clinical services to clients through a small, secondary caseload.
Standard Management Level Responsibilities
  • Directs and supervises assigned personnel including completing performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, professional development, and training; makes recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions; resolves grievances and other personnel problems within position responsibilities.
  • Develops and recommends the budgets for the areas managed; manages activities to assure financial goals are met.
  • Coordinates the assignment of tasks and helps resolve technical and operational problems; evaluates the impact of solutions to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Provides effective direction, guidance, and leadership over the staff for effective teamwork and motivation; fosters the effective integration of efforts with agency and system-wide initiatives.
  • Ensures comprehensive knowledge and execution of program model, agency and industry standards, and contract terms and deliverables.
  • Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients, and visitors.
  • Integrates diversity into departmental objectives such as hiring, promotions, training, vendor selections, etc.
