DDS Program Coordinator - Fisher Road

Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities referred by the Department of Developmental Services. The Program Coordinator is responsible for oversight of day‑to‑day operations of the program. They ensure optimum program coverage through developing and monitoring the program schedule and implementing procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of individuals served. The Program Coordinator also coordinates with the team to facilitate and monitor the implementation of activities, service plans, and support staff with medical and medication protocols.

• Provide goal‑oriented supervision to Counselors.
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings and participate in supervision, team and other assigned meetings.
• Manage program budget.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide all needed transportation.

The organization offers an additional hourly differential for certain programs. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies for that differential.

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required. Alternative education/experience may be considered.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is required. Experience with in the human services field is preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Base Rate: USD $26.00 per hour.
