Locations:
Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn, Weston, Hanscom AFB, Leominster.

Competitive pay up to $20.00/hr depending on shift and assignment. Salary range: $19 – $20 per hour.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid/verifiable Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable educational program.
• Certified CPR.
• Preferred: one (1) year of documented caregiver/home‑care assistance experience.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile and proof of insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high‑quality care.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to provide support to push and pull, bend, lift, kneel as needed and lift up to 50 lbs.
