Job Overview:Einstein’s Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on, experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and manage daily landscape maintenance and installation activities. This leadership role is essential to ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The right candidate will coordinate crews, manage field resources, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management
- Plan, schedule, and oversee landscape maintenance and installation operations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet project goals.
- Manage and train supervisors, crew leaders, and field personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.
- Foster a positive, efficient, and safety‑focused team culture.
- Project Management
- Develop timelines, budgets, and work plans for field operations.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Perform routine site visits to oversee performance and compliance.
- Client Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on project logistics.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Present estimates, proposals, and job updates to clients in a professional manner.
- Safety and Compliance
- Enforce all company and OSHA safety protocols.
- Conduct safety meetings and training regularly.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Seek and implement ways to improve field efficiency and quality of work.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and landscaping techniques.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience managing field operations in landscaping or construction.
- Skills
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape design.
- Ability to handle physical work and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Full‑Time
Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends based on project needs
Location:Field‑based role with travel to various job sites required. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and manage on‑site operations directly.
