We are hiring RN’s and LPN’s to conduct home visits of patients requiring skilled services. Prior home‑care experience is a plus. Flexible schedule, great compensation, travel reimbursement, PPE, and training are provided.

We are searching for nurses in the surrounding area:
Boston, Worcester, Cambridge, Dorchester, New Bedford, Brockton, and surrounding towns within Massachusetts.

The role involves providing professional nursing care in clients’ homes, assessing and teaching clients about their conditions, implementing and evaluating care plans, and collaborating with other providers.

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients about their disease processes and treatments.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re‑evaluations of the client’s care needs.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.

• A current nursing license in Massachusetts.
• Hands‑on nursing experience (required).
• Home‑care experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.
• 1 year of nursing experience (recommended).
• Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required).
• US work authorization (required).
