Aboutthe Role
Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecoms Core Values. Our MAs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships.
This role is a learning role: you will build required skills and expertise in preparation for a promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion.
- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the base device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits and device features.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and systems knowledge.
- Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Identify and hand‑off small‑business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships and hold each other accountable for the company’s success.
- Strong desire to learn and master customer advocate skills.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to share best practices and provide resolutions.
- Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability.
