Job Overview:Einstein’s Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Carpenter to support on-site commercial construction operations. This role involves hands‑on carpentry, interpreting work orders and drawings, and maintaining safety and quality on active job sites. Key Responsibilities:- Execute assigned carpentry and construction tasks on‑site, safely and efficiently.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, work orders, and safety guidelines.
- Operate tools and equipment such as ladders, paint tools, airless sprayers, and motorized lifts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Perform basic site preparation including framing, demolition, finishing, and installations.
- Communicate clearly with management for instructions, updates, or work clarifications.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and report injuries or incidents promptly.
- Drive to job sites and ensure proper use and care of company vehicles and tools.
- Inspect tools and equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Uphold the company’s core values on and off the job site.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
- 5+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and safety instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math and problem‑solving abilities.
- Must be physically able to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform construction site tasks (climbing, kneeling, standing, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- No specific licenses or certifications required, but safety‑mindedness is essential.

Full‑Time
Monday–Friday
Some weekends may be required depending on project timelines
Location:This is a travel‑based field operations role with rotating job site locations. Must be comfortable with commuting and working at various project sites as assigned.
