Person-Centered Plan Manager at The Arc of Opportunity in North Central Massachusetts
This role is designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities by providing tailored support and services through a person-centered approach.
Compensation and BenefitsBase pay range: $22.56/hr - $25.95/hr
- Sign‑On Bonus: $3,500 paid in two installments at 3 and 6 months after orientation.
- Referral Bonus: $1,500 for current staff referrals.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hr/week). Flexibility with schedule is highly preferred.
Essential Job Functions- Work directly with individuals in the community to help them achieve their goals; approximately 70% of time spent in the community.
- Connect individuals with services to maintain and expand their independence, including community services, government‑funded benefits, and other publicly available resources.
- Advocate for individuals to ensure they receive appropriate support.
- Complete administrative tasks such as consultations, documentation in an electronic record system, benefits eligibility forms, and related responsibilities.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, internet, and documentation entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Compassion, resourcefulness, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
