The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health – Recovery from Addictions Program seeks an Aftercare Recovery Specialist (Human Services Coordinator I) to advocate for clients during discharge planning. This full‑time role involves daily unit visits, community outreach, and coordinating services, with travel to Taunton as needed.
Work hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, with Sundays and Saturdays off and occasional weekend shifts.
