Position OverviewAs a Patient Coordinator at Dental Health Associates (DHA), you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. You’ll play a key role in managing front desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that every patient has a positive and seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll support our dental team and help maintain the smooth operation of our busy clinics.
Responsibilities- Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Handle front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow efficiently.
- Verify insurance coverage, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and professionally address billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and outstanding patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing office supplies, and supporting daily operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for delivering top‑nort patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
This in‑person position will support our Endodontics and Periodontics teams at our Fitchburg Clinic, offering convenient daytime hours and the chance to work alongside a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional patient care.
