Job Description

Dental Health Associates of Madison (DHA), a trusted, doctor-owned practice with over 50 years of service to the Madison community, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. Position Overview

As a Patient Coordinator at Dental Health Associates (DHA), you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. You’ll play a key role in managing front desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that every patient has a positive and seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll support our dental team and help maintain the smooth operation of our busy clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
  • Handle front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow efficiently.
  • Verify insurance coverage, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and professionally address billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and outstanding patient care.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing office supplies, and supporting daily operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for delivering top‑nort patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Working Conditions

This in‑person position will support our Endodontics and Periodontics teams at our Fitchburg Clinic, offering convenient daytime hours and the chance to work alongside a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional patient care.
