Mercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated full-time Dental Hygienist that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare for our Mendota Springs Dentistry office!

Base hourly rate starting at $45/hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation follows a "whichever is greater" model — you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a monthly production-based commission, whichever is higher!

Example earning potential:

• Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $7,500–$9,000/month
• High-performing providers often exceed $10,000/month through production-based compensation

• Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
• Tuesday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) clinical hours
• Wednesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Occasional Fridays (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM) clinical hours
• No weekends!!!

• You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin.
• Dental Hygienist: 1 year preferred, but not required!
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!!!
