Work schedule:
Monday and Wednesday‑Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
This position is eligible for a $3000 INCENTIVE for joining GHC! (Amount prorated based on FTE)

We’re looking for a Care Team Specialist (CTS) to join our collaborative, patient‑centered clinic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both clinical and administrative workflows to ensure high‑quality care and a smooth patient experience.
Daily responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, collecting medical histories, preparing for visits, and assisting with exams and procedures. You’ll also manage test results based on protocols, support Epic in‑basket and MyChart workflows, return patient calls, and help coordinate ongoing care. This position works closely with nurses and medical providers to support the overall management of patient care. Qualified candidates must have completed training as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Paramedic, or EMT from an accredited program.

Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Assistants must have successfully completed an MA training program from an accredited school or program and must be eligible for and receive national certification within six (6) months of employment, or must have three years of MA experience and have current national certification. Medical Assistants must obtain national certification from one of the following certifying organizations and must maintain certification by meeting CME requirements:
- National Health career Association (CCMA)
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- By an approved and accredited certifying organization with CME requirements.
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)
- Paramedic (EMT-P)
