Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney

We are looking to add an Immigration Attorney to our Fitchburg office. Applicants must be bilingual (English/Spanish), have a J.D. and a practice license from any State. We have offices in Fitchburg, WI;

Doral, FL;
Orlando, FL;

• Preparing filings for immigration court and applications for USCIS.
• Representing clients at bond, master, and merits hearings in immigration court.
• Representing clients at USCIS interviews.
• Performing intakes.
• Writing briefs and performing legal research.
• Assisting other attorneys to ensure proper case management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a hard work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year. Salary will vary depending on the experience and ability to advance within our firm. Immigration experience is desired but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
