Shift: Friday/Saturday

Located in the heart of Fitchburg, MA, our facility offers a supportive and enriching environment for seniors and a rewarding workplace for our staff.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. The nurse plays a critical role in ensuring the health, wellness, and safety of our residents by providing clinical care, supervising care staff, and supporting individualized care plans.

• Conduct routine assessments and monitor residents’ health conditions
• Oversee the assistance of medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and update care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other support staff
• Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies

• Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
