- Answers telephone calls and directs callers to the appropriate individual while providing information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and website links.
- Greets and directs visitors to the appropriate areas.
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
- Coordinates pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.).
- Resolves customer questions and concerns.
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents.
- Value dependability and responsibility as part of a greater team.
