Dive Into a Rewarding Role – Be an Adaptive Swim Teacher at Diventures! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Adaptive Swim Teacher to join our team at our indoor pool in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. This role focuses on teaching swim lessons to children with disabilities, providing a safe, positive, and personalized experience in the water.

Who We re Looking For: The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children of all abilities. Individuals with backgrounds in special education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or experienced swim instruction are encouraged to apply.

• Teach adaptive swim lessons tailored to individual needs and abilities
• Create a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate with parents/caregivers to provide progress updates and address needs
• Adapt teaching strategies for children with physical, sensory, or developmental disabilities
• Maintain safety standards and always follow company protocols

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety
• Experience working with children, preferably those with disabilities
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications preferred (but not required):
  Adaptive Aquatics, Swim Instructor Certification, CPR/First Aid, Lifeguard
