The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts, the Tractor Way top cap process, and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs; perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction in completing tasks.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shift durations vary, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to travel and lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach overhead, and operate store equipment.
• Must be able to work throughout the store and outdoor areas safely and efficiently.
