Client Advisor – Fiumicino Airport at DOLCE & GABBANA
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our boutique located at Fiumicino Airport. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service.
Responsibilities

Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to every client, proudly representing the brand’s values.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
Stay informed about the latest product launches, trends, and brand knowledge to offer expert advice.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall store success.
Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the boutique remains welcoming and aligned with brand standards.
Support stock management by ensuring product availability and assisting with merchandise replenishment.
Handle customer transactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive checkout experience.
Participate in boutique events and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with an international clientele.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work well within a team and achieve sales targets.
Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages (such as Chinese, Russian, or Arabic) are a plus, given the airport’s international environment.
Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the dynamic airport environment.
Familiarity with tax-free procedures and international shipping is considered an advantage.
