As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas, delivering high‑quality customer experience.

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and TPMS systems.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience, and maintain accurate inventory and compliance standards.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate documentation of work orders.
• Communicate equipment and tool needs to the TBC Lead and track special orders.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold ethics and integrity.

• Valid State‑issued Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Commit to complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

• Auto service industry experience.
• Retail experience.
