YOU are an expert in sales, able to orchestrate and direct resources to drive profitable sales revenue and growth. You are someone who has a keen eye for detail and possesses the ability to analyze and interpret data to create a comprehensive plan. You are highly skilled in optimizing sales effectiveness in partnership with other leaders. You are someone who inspires and engages the team to drive profitable business results.

ARE you able to monitor, analyze, and report on district sales results? Are you experienced in providing input on organizational needs, associate actions, and sales team development? Are you passionate about providing ongoing coaching to develop and encourage your team? Are you ready to manage the successful execution of sales strategies and plans for the district?

• A BS/BA degree
• 5+ years of experience with area customer base.
• Strong sales management background.
• Prior leadership experience
• Previous HDPE experience
• Fusible product knowledge
