Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Schedule:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch

  • Clinic Volume: 20-22 patients per day

  • Cath Lab: 3-4 hospital consults per day

  • EP Cases: 4-6 cases per day (depending on case length)

    Cath Lab includes hospital consults and electrophysiology cases focused on heart rhythm disturbances.

  • Special Procedures:

  • Cardiac electrophysiology

  • Ablations (must show 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations in case logs)

  • Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)

  • Moderate sedation (must be comfortable performing independently)

  Technology

  • EMR:
    Cerner

  • Mapping System:
    Abbott Ensite-X (experience required)

  • Hospital Bed Size: 268

  Required Qualifications (No Exceptions)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required

  • Active Arizona license - Required (willing to license)

  • DEA - AZ registered

  • ACLS - Required

  • Minimum experience:
    
    1 year - Required

  • CSR - Not required

  Credentialing

  • Estimated Timeframe: 30 days
