Our Urology Physician Assistants (PAs) play a key role in supporting our physicians and patients across all aspects of urologic care.

• Patient Care: Manage a wide range of urologic conditions including urinary tract infections, incontinence, prostatitis, interstitial cystitis, BPH, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and urinary tract cancers.
• Diagnostics: Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and X-rays.
• Treatment: Perform physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, prescribe medications, administer injections, and create comprehensive care plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and clinical staff in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Continuity of Care: Monitor post-operative recovery and support patients through ongoing treatment and rehabilitation.
• Preventive Care: Educate patients on wellness and preventive strategies to support lifelong urologic health.

• Salary: $90,000-$115,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

Work Location: In-person – Flagstaff, AZ

• Required: Ability to commute or relocate to Flagstaff, AZ before start date
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience with EMR systems
• License: Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
