Responsibilities:

• Cultivate an inviting and inclusive classroom environment that supports effective learning and student wellbeing.

• Plan and execute lessons aligned with state and district standards, customizing instruction to cater to the diverse needs of students.

• Engage students with clear, organized communication of learning objectives, utilizing both individual and collaborative teaching strategies.

• Incorporate technology and innovative educational practices to enrich the learning experience and spark student interest.

• Regularly assess student progress, keeping detailed records, and providing meaningful feedback to students, guardians, and school administration.

• Facilitate open lines of communication with parents and guardians, working together to support student success.

• Participate actively in professional development, school functions, and team meetings, contributing to the school community and its initiatives.

Requirements /

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education or a closely related field.

• Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate and AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• SEI Endorsement and certification appropriate for teaching 5th-grade students.

• Demonstrated experience in fostering a positive learning environment and effectively managing a classroom.

• Dedication to continuous professional improvement and openness to feedback.

Salary: $46,700 to $80,904, dependent on qualifications and experience. A competitive benefits package is included.
