Salary Range: $45,785-$79,317, based on experience and internal equity.

Summary:
Seeking dedicated educators to guide and instruct children in activities aimed at promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning, tailoring the curriculum to meet the diverse needs and interests of students, and fostering the development of responsible, mature citizens.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with students' individual needs, interests, and abilities, promoting comprehensive learning.
Establish a classroom atmosphere that encourages active learning.
Guide the learning process, setting clear goals for all lessons, units, and projects, and utilize effective instructional methods and materials.
Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instructional strategies to meet students' learning needs.
Identify students' learning challenges and work collaboratively with specialists to support student learning.
Maintain effective communication with colleagues, students, and parents, counseling and advising as needed.
Enforce school policies and classroom rules in a fair and equitable manner and participate in school activities outside of regular classroom duties as required.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate.
Current Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance card.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to effectively instruct and engage students.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting educational materials, writing reports, and presenting information clearly.
Capability to calculate and apply mathematical concepts relevant to classroom activities.
Ability to address and adapt to various instructional scenarios with practical problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Regular standing, moving, and engaging in physical activities within the classroom.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and navigate around the school campus.
May be exposed to varied weather conditions and noise levels.
