Senior Electrical Project Manager

Overview

Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about Electrical Engineering and Commercial Construction. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from planning to implementation. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Must be comfortable managing $10M+ projects, and roughly a $100M portfolio of projects.

• Managing all phases of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Preparing and reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to team members.
• Overseeing project design, development, and testing processes.
• Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Conducting project risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Providing electrical estimating services to support bidding and project cost control.
• Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Project Management within the Electrical and Commercial Construction industry.
• Proven experience in electrical estimating.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using project management software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation is a plus.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
