National Bank of Arizona, a community‑focused bank, is looking for a Client Service Associate/Teller to serve in its Downtown Flagstaff branch. This role will provide excellent customer service, support transaction processing, and promote bank products.
Client Service Associate/Teller (40 Hours)Address:
Downtown Flagstaff, AZ
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions while maintaining a balanced register.
- Identify and address clients’ needs by opening new accounts, issuing checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, and handling money transfers.
- Resolve client issues via direct service or by referring them to appropriate branch or bank resources.
- Explore opportunities to cross‑sell bank products that meet client needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent with experience in cashiering, customer service, or banking.
- Strong balance control and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of bank products and basic math skills.
- Ability to cross‑sell products based on client needs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Monday–Friday: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.; 40 hrs/wk.
Pay range: $17.40 – $19.00 per hour.
