We’re hiring a CFP on behalf of our client—a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm based in Northern Arizona.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and education planning.
• Participate in client meetings and serve as a trusted point of contact for planning-related questions.
• Analyze client financial data and develop recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Support ongoing client service, reviews, and follow-up items.
• Stay current on CFP® standards, financial planning best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• CFP® certification required (or in the process of obtaining).
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning concepts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software (e.g., eMoney, Money Guide Pro , Redtail, or similar).
• Ability to work effectively in a small, team-oriented firm environment.
