Next Care Urgent Care is looking for a PART‑TIME Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional medical care to our patients in Flagstaff, AZ. Minimum workload: 4 shifts per month.

• Evaluate and treat patients in an urgent care/occupational health setting.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care aligned with Next Care’s values.
• Discuss treatment plans and ensure patient understanding.
• Document care using the electronic health record.
• Code and bill accurately for care rendered.
• Maintain clinical productivity comparable to peers.
• Follow up on patient care as indicated.

• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Active D.E.A. certification
• NCCPA certification for a Physician Assistant, or ANCC/AANP certification for a Nurse Practitioner
• Master’s of Nursing or Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant studies
• Active BLS Certification
• EHR proficiency
• Comfortable treating all age groups
• Occasional weekend/holiday work availability

• Radiology x‑ray interpretation experience
• Suturing skills
• Master’s degree for a Physician Assistant
• Urgent care or ER experience
