Occupational Therapist (Contract - Flagstaff, AZ | $50/hr)
Make a direct impact on the lives of Arizona veterans through purposeful occupational therapy in a respected long-term care setting. This role offers weekday stability, supportive leadership and the chance to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to quality of life and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient abilities and design personalized treatment programs
- Deliver therapy using evidence-based techniques and adaptive tools
- Coordinate with physicians, nursing and rehab staff to optimize outcomes
- Supervise and mentor therapy assistants
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in continuing education and professional growth
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. | No weekends or overtime
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (Arizona)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- CPR/BLS, TB and required vaccinations
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
- Consistent weekday hours in a supportive care community
- Stable, state-supported environment with structured onboarding
- Meaningful work serving those who served
