Radiology Technologist – Sign‑On & Retention Bonus
Join Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) in Flagstaff, AZ as a full‑time Radiology Technologist. You’ll receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and continued retention incentives.

- Perform high‑quality radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians and clinicians

- Travel to additional clinics to support patient demand
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility safety standards
- Follow radiology policies, procedures, and quality protocols
- Operate imaging equipment, PACS, and related computer systems
– Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in radiologic technology
- ARRT certification (current and in good standing)
- Current State Radiologic Technologist license
- 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Knowledge of radiology procedures, safety protocols, and workflow
- Ability to operate imaging equipment, PACS, and computer software
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing radiology procedures and operating X‑ray equipment.
