Patient Services Representative
We're looking for someone who loves people—and thrives in a busy environment. Our ideal PSR is friendly, confident, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be situated at the front desk of our Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy gym, so providing a welcoming experience for our patients is key, plus you'll be while keeping up with the pace of a busy, private orthopedic practice.
You're someone who can juggle a lot; patient-facing encounters, schedules, insurance details, patient questions, and changing priorities without losing your smile. You communicate well, work collaboratively, take initiative, and understand that even the smallest interaction can make a difference in a patient's experience.
If you're dependable, detail-oriented, service-minded, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team that puts patients first, we'd love to meet you. We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to manage the Front Desk of our outpatient Therapy Services.
