Under general direction of the Hotel Manager and/or Director of Hotel Operations, oversees the activities of the Reservation Department, Reservation Agent and assigned group reservation agent. In the absence of Front Desk Supervisor, Reservations Supervisor will oversee Front Desk, Bell and Valet. Monitors all telephone inquiries and monitors accurate and efficient responses while promoting hotel services and ensuring maximum room revenues.
Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
