The Human Resources Business Partner provides comprehensive HR services to Arizona National Guard Camp Navajo, including personnel management, classification and compensation, recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. The role works independently and with leadership to manage full-cycle recruitment, FMLA administration, and HR policy compliance while promoting continuous improvement across HR service delivery. The position is based on-site at Camp Navajo in Bellemont with required travel to Phoenix twice monthly.
Keyqualifications:
- Knowledge of core HR practices, personnel management, classification, compensation, and federal/state HR regulations
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, AZ360 HRIS, and Page Up applicant tracking systems
- Ability to handle sensitive personnel files and medical records with discretion and sound judgment
- One year of professional personnel work experience or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
