Start Date:

ASAP. Duration: 13 week contract, renewable. Shift: 12 hours per day. Pay: $35–$40 / hr for LPN, $45–$50 / hr for RN. Housing stipend included. Job type:
Travel. Contract employees are exempt.

• Deliver high‑quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to all staff regarding quality of services provided.
• Administer medications and treatments timely; transcribe and carry out physician orders per facility policy.
• Effectively manage nursing personnel on shift to limit use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Assess nursing staff performance relative to unit standards of care and goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings on each shift and provide updates to Director of Nursing.

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required in all SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
• New graduates welcome; on‑spot interview available for multi‑state licensees.
